Win a victory before the fight

There is a saying that a saint will heal sickness before it realizes. That is meant to say that the precaution does prevent possible sickness and it would work as viable anti aging measure. If an aging person act upon such inner desires as eating and lust of flesh, or if an aging won't take proper care against such outer evil as wind, coldness, hot weather and humidity, although the sickness may be taken lightly on the surface, the inner power may suffer seriously for a certain span.

If you get sick for not bearing inner desire or expose yourself much longer than you should be, you will have larger chance to get more serious sickness and may suffer longer and feel sallow much deeper. That is the sickness.

Being illness requires to take bitter medicine, to feel agony and to stay away from your favorite food, including your favorite beverage that might hurt your mind as well as your family. You could enjoy your happiness if you take proper care of yourself while you are in health.

Sun Tzu, the military strategist of 500BC, said that the officer who manages his army well does not have distinguished service. The reason is that he will win before he involved in the battle.
Further he said that the frequent winner of the aging is the victory that is gained from the easier to win. The method of taking yourself should be as well. You think about your health in depth and beat your inner desire that is easier than taking medicine to win over, then you won't get sickness.

This is the way the excellent officers win their war before fighting with their enemy face to face. This is the best way and the way to conquer the sickness before you get the sickness.
