Some light exercise for anti aging effect before you falling asleep.

It is the best to keep you both leg extended till you falling asleep. Before extending your legs, draw up your knee while your upper body twisted to the side. We call this a Lion sleep. It is the best to toss about 5 times a night.

If you do not feel your inner power circulating, that works as your anti aging power, and feel it staying in your chest or abdomen, then stroke down there while extending your legs. If you get flush then moving the thumbs of your feet makes you comfortable. Some people may start yawning with this exercise. It exhales all of the inner power that has stayed in your chest and abdomen too long. It is better not to do big yawning.

You should not sleep with your mouth down. You may have slobber and it does no good. Do not sleep on your back. You may easily be disturbed by nightmare.

I remember one thing that does not fit what Ekken says here. That is "toss about". While you are young you'll do lots of toss about. Almost at the pace of every 5 to 10 minutes. The number of toss abouts could be the index of youth. I believe so still and see it very natural. I had a client who has depression aged middle of 70es. I visited his home for therapy. He had set his body on his side and hadn't toss about just once during 50 minutes session. He seemed to give up all of the effort of anti aging but his wife was not. He answered me alright. Yes, I am a good therapist. I know what the olds feel because I am old and getting older everyday like laughing the effort of anti aging.
It is very terrifying. Right, I am listening the footsteps of own death day by day. And that doesn't care no matter how I try the anti aging effort.
