Here is the way to realize the anti aging mind.

On a warm and calm day, you should go outside and walk to a hill for letting your mind watch the world and give vent to your gloom that has been accumulated without your conscious. It is recommended to walk through the field with tasting trees, flowers and grassy path to bring your mind back to its comfortable and relaxed status every once in a while. Yet, it is suggested that the old people should not spend time for growing any plants and spend your mind on them. It may tire your mind excessively.

This is one of the easier ways for your anti aging. It does not cost you but work pretty nice. Go find some open space filled with trees, flowers or grassy paths close by. This is my favorite city park. It is about 40 minutes bycicle ride from home and it is good for my anti aging.

smell the earth. Do you remember the smell of the earth? It is the mixture or dead leaves and the soil. I live pretty close to a busy train station. But lucky me, there is a little hill, about 10 stories building high, filled with old trees. I walk up there a few times a week to inhale the smell of dead leaves, the soil and the humidified trunks from morning mist. It's soooooo relaxing.
