It is common to compare mind to the master of your flesh. Your mind, then could be said as your heavenly master. It is the master to control your thought. Your ear, eye, mouth, nose and your whole body form five sensory organ that hear, see, eat, smell and make move as its own role. They are the servant to your mind.
Your mind governs the five sensory organs by staying inside of your body. You must control them and correct where necessary. It is clear that the heavenly master uses whole of your body. But if it were the other way around, then your mind, the heavenly master is not working properly.
Since your mind is the master of your body, you need to put it at ease and should not put stress upon it. Those five sensory should obey the control of your mind and should not be act upon their own will.

Being illness requires to take bitter medicine, to feel agony and to stay away from your favorite food, including your favorite beverage that might hurt your mind as well as your family. You could enjoy your happiness if you take proper care of yourself while you are in health.
Sun Tzu, the military strategist of 500BC, said that the officer who manages his army well does not have distinguished service. The reason is that he will win before he involved in the battle.
Further he said that the frequent winner of the aging is the victory that is gained from the easier to win. The method of taking yourself should be as well. You think about your health in depth and beat your inner desire that is easier than taking medicine to win over, then you won't get sickness.

Active blood stream is the base for your power distribution
The power is in heaven and it moves by itself so that the four seasons, namely the hot and the cold cycles smoothly and that the all things mature smoothly. If the cycle shifts to one side it won't form smooth circle and there will be the stagnant that would generate irregularities as such, hot winter or cold summer, wild wind, too much rain and etc.
Similar matter happens in human body. Having smooth blood stream ensures your smooth power distribution throughout your body and there won't be any illness. Having bad blood stream makes you ill. In case of the blood stagnant occurs in upper side of your body, there will be the head ache or spell bound by dizziness. If the stagnant occurs in middle of your body, you will be having the heart diseases, stomach ache, heavy stomach and etc. In case of your lower body, you will be having lower back pain, beriberi, abdominal pain, hemorrhoids and etc.

The drifting wood never decay and the axis of a door will stay. Anything that keep taking a certain load will live long and anything that does not take load won't last long. Then it is recommended to work for living. It is wrong to live playfully. This is the art of long life span.

The principle of taking good care of your body depends how you control your inner desire. Following the principle protects your body from outside evil and keep you in good shape. Following your desire makes your body weak and make evil easier to invade and stay in your body and you will be taken over by serious illness. That results to shorten your natural span of life.

Control your lust of flesh and spare your power to stay in good balance. Do not sleep too much, do not sit all day but be active with your body from time to time and circulate your power throughout your body. Specifically it is best to walk a few hundred steps after every meal.
If you keep sitting through your day or sitting where you eat and take a nap right after the lunch, you will have trouble with your digesting system. I know this is tough. Your body has a certain margin so that you may be able to eat and drink too much every once in a while. But if you keep doing so, you will feel greater depression as the time goes by. Now your inner power has gone somewhere than protect your body. Could that be with your parents? No way! Could it be with your intimate friends? Who knows, your only know the truth, right?

Your inner desire includes such greed as eating, lust of flesh, sleep and excessive talk plus being too sensitive upon such feeling as joy, rage, worry, thought, sorrow, fear and surprise. Those seven feelings are called greed of seven sentiment.
There are four evils of your environment. They are wind, cold, heat and moisture. You must control your inner desire and keep out four evils of your environment. If you do both correctly you'll live out your natural span of life with healthy body and mind.
