Some differences between to be wealthy and live longer

There are many people who pray for wealth and flatter others who might be of help to gain status and power. They would not work. It is rare to take care of oneself in hope of not getting any sickness and to live longer. Those wealth, status and income are outside of you and you won't be able to get them unless you were fortunate and take effort for them.

It is inside of you to live longer without any sickness. It can be realized if you try, and no fortunate involved. Why does people try to get that is hard to get and not to try to be in health that is easier? It is foolish. If you were fortunate enough to acquire great wealth, you won't be able to enjoy it with illness or with that shorter life span.

It depends how you see your inner life. I had traveled a lot. Especially, I could say that I had traveled throughout America than most Americans do. Did I enjoy it? Not at all. It had been stressful and lonesome road. I had so many girl friends who were 20-30 years younger. Did I enjoy it? Well, it was nice to kill time. But . . .

Work your body

It is the best to work your body everyday. Do not spend your day with relaxed posture a whole day. It is recommended to take a walk after every meal for several hundreds steps calmly. If it rains you can walk around inside of your room.

If you keep your body worked in the morning as well as in the afternoon, you will stay in health with good blood stream so that you will not be in need to take any medical care. It is much better than standing of pain and heat from the sickness that is the symptoms of your disease due to your neglect.

I agree with this comment 120%. You drive to your office and back. Driving is rather stressful if you do not feel that way. You are accustomed to it. Why don you not arrange a parking lot a few blocks away from your office? Or several blocks would work better.

Here is my experiences, I have started to have better bodily waste as soon as walking a little over 30 minutes from train station.
Not only that, my blood pressure eased and I have felt much better at the lunch time. Being over 50 does not require much of food and much of work out either. Just work your body. That should put you at much better mood and your family sure would appreciate it.

Do not ask for mediation but Take care not to get sick

You should realize that it is wrong to ask for a bed and medicine. You should not eat too much and do not leave yourself to your desire. If you listen to your voice of your body and get up and go to bed regularly, you would not give in the sickness.

If you do not feel like eating by having some bad feeling persists in you stomach, it will be cured by daily work and walking in the morning and evening. Further, if you stop sitting and lie on a sofa during day time you would recover from the bad feeling without any kind of medicine or treatment. This is the best way to keep you in good shape.

You should realize what medicine does is to align your inner power. If you can afford the medicine of very latest creation, you would not be recovered having wrong sort of alignment. Then having medicines that do not fit to your physical condition may turn your symptoms worse. You may have additional sickness because of it and it may decrease inner power as well.

It is sincerely recommended that you should take medicine only at your utmost urgency. It may work to stop one symptom though, the one symptom may be critical to the disease. After that, you eat and take rest correctly so that your inner power regain its power to finally heal the sickness.

It is of human nature to work with your body.

The core of taking care of yourself is that you work where you should work, be active with your body, and think with your brain. It would have harmful influence upon your body if you do not work where you should, if you are fond of taking nap or oversleep and stay out of the activities with others. That's the act of anti aging.

It makes you ill for not circulating your inner power throughout your body and works to lose your appetite if you are not active as sitting all day long.  This is especially true as your aging proceeds.  It does not do any good if you sleep too much. It is necessary to take a walk after every meal. It will revitalize your inner power and hasten the digestion if you walk several hundreds steps after the meal.

You should not sleep soon after your meal.

You take good care of your parents and serve to your lord, get up early in the morning and go to sleep late at night. People should know the thing that is expected to them and pursue it with the way what you are expected.

The samurai should become accustomed to the reading as well as writing and learn  to behave courteously, shoot the arrows, ride on horse to be skillful in arms. Those action work your body nicely.

Other than Samurai should be loyal to the lord and make effort day and night to accomplish what they are meant to accomplish. It is common that women rather stay in the home and are apt to having sick easily. They should make effort to work their body as well.

It had been common during the age of feudalism that women had been seen as the mere tool to make birth and had been common throughout the world. The worst thing is that there are men who think same way in this modern age when we send human to the moon. You should realize that  men and women are made of same material and there is just a little difference biologically.

You should not use your aging as the excuse of not doing something. It won't do any good to your anti aging activity.
